Race Against Racism
One of the ways Tennova Healthcare promotes diversity and inclusion is through participation in the YWCA Race Against Racism. We are proud to be an organization with strong values and beliefs, and that recognizes the value of each person — regardless of their differences. For the past four years we have had the largest corporate team at this event. Please join us every January for the YWCA Race Against Racism 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Walk/Run.

Rising Star Summer Internship Program
The Rising Star Summer Internship Program, sponsored by Tennova Healthcare, is an amazing educational experience for local high school juniors and seniors. In past years, this program has been successful in exposing bright high school students to various career paths available to them in the health care field. Additionally, the program helps students develop and strengthen their educational and career preparation. This paid internship also introduces students to the health care work environment and teaches them to handle the demands of a real job. Internship dates for the next year will be announced soon.
