Safe Sitter

Safe Sitter® prepares young adolescents (ages 11-13) for the responsibilities of nurturing and protecting children through hands-on training with medically trained experts. The Safe Sitter Basic course topics include: Babysitting as a Business, Success on the Job, Child Care Essentials, Safety for the Sitter, Injury Management, Preventing Problem Behavior, and Care of the Choking Infant and Child.

Please bring a sack lunch or money to purchase food in the cafeteria.

Parents must complete an emergency information form in order for their child to take part. For more information about the Safe Sitter program, visit www.SafeSitter.org.

Cost includes the Safe Sitter Student Manual, messenger bag, and other goodies.
