From the west

• Take I-40 East to Exit 389A, Broadway. The exit will merge onto Broadway.
• At the fourth traffic light – the intersection of Broadway and Woodland Ave. – turn left.
• After passing Fulton High School (on your left), take the next right – St. Mary’s Street.
• St. Mary’s Ambulatory Surgery Center is the first building on the left – on the corner of Woodland Ave. and St. Mary’s Street.

From the east

• Take I-40 West to exit 389A, Broadway. The exit will merge onto Broadway
• At the fourth traffic light – the intersection of Broadway and Woodland Ave. – turn left
• After passing Fulton High School (on your left), take the next right – St. Mary’s Street
• St. Mary’s Ambulatory Surgery Center is the first building on the left – on the corner of Woodland Ave. and St. Mary’s Street

From the north

• Take I-75 South
• Merge onto I-275 South
• Take Exit 1C, Woodland Ave East
• Merge onto W. Oldham Ave. Oldham Ave. becomes Woodland Ave.
• The Medical Center will come up on your left. Turn left onto St. Mary’s Street
• St. Mary’s Ambulatory Surgery Center is the first building on the left – on the corner of Woodland Ave. and St. Mary’s Street

From the south

• Take I-75 North
• It merges onto I-40 E towards Knoxville
• Take Exit 389A, Broadway; the exit will merge onto Broadway
• At the fourth traffic light, at the intersection of Broadway and Woodland Ave., turn left
• After passing Fulton High School (on your left), take the next right – St. Mary’s Street
