Special services for expectant moms

All Tennova Health & Fitness Center instructors and personal trainers are specially trained and certified to work with pre- and postnatal women. Exercise during pregnancy can offer a number of benefits, including:

We offer a variety of specialized services for prenatal fitness, including:

  • Aquatic exercise classes, which offer a great cardio and strength workout without straining your back or joints 
  • Group fitness classes, which can be modified to accommodate pregnancy
  • Pilates and yoga classes
  • Personal training sessions

Discounted temporary memberships

With a doctor’s recommendation, we offer a discounted three-month temporary membership for pre- or postnatal exercise. 

Get back in shape after childbirth

Our nationally certified personal trainers can help you get back in shape after childbirth in our private training studio. Receive individual training sessions or we can pair you up with other moms taking part in postnatal training — we offer special discounted training packages for groups of two or more. Our trainers will develop a safe and effective cardio and strength program to help you burn calories, improve strength, and build endurance.
